Board of Directors
Roanoke Co+op's Board of Directors is comprised of ten co-op owners who are elected by the general ownership and serve a four-year term. Any co-op owner can run for a board position during the annual election.
Guided by a set of policy guidelines and Roanoke Co+op's Ends Statements, the board works closely with the General Manager, who provides the group with regular reports on store operations. The board is not engaged in daily store operations. You can contact the board by filling out the form below or by email at board@roanoke.coop.

We hold annual elections of our board of directors in the Spring.
Co-op owner members are encouraged to apply year round by submitting your information in the form linked below. Once an application is submitted, a member of our Board Perpetuation Committee will be in touch with the application! Thanks for owning!

Board Meetings
All co-op owners are invited to attend monthly board meetings. Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 5:30 PM at the CoLab and online via Webex. The board reserves time to hear from owners who wish to address the board during every meeting.
